Knots & Collar is a BJJ and martial arts studio led by Professor Binish Sukhija, BJJ Black Belt in the De La Riva lineage. Gi BJJ, No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, Kids Jiu-Jitsu from age 3, Boxing, Kickboxing and Fitness — seven days a week. Our philosophy is Kindness Over Toughness.
