Shipping & Delivery Policy
How and when what you buy reaches you — most of it instantly, by email.

Most of what ABJJF India sells is not a parcel. A membership, a seminar seat and an event entry are delivered to you ELECTRONICALLY, and this policy tells you when. Merchandise, when the shop is open, is shipped within India.
Membership, seminar seats and event entries — delivered instantly
- Confirmed IMMEDIATELY on successful payment — normally within a few minutes, and always within 24 hours.
- Your confirmation is emailed to the address on your account, and appears in your member account at once. There is nothing to wait for in the post.
- A membership is active from the moment it is confirmed and runs for one year.
- For a seminar or an event, the confirmation carries the date, the venue and what to bring. Nothing is delivered to your door.
- If a confirmation has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then write to us and we will resend it.
Merchandise within India
- Dispatched within 3 working days of the order.
- Delivery typically 3–7 working days depending on your location.
- Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
- A tracking link is emailed when the order is dispatched.
- We ship within India only.
Event pickup
- Where offered, you may collect at the venue on event day instead of paying for shipping.
- Bring your order confirmation. Uncollected items are shipped to you afterwards at our cost.
Problems
If a confirmation has not arrived, or a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, write to info@abjjfi.com with your order number and we will sort it out. See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
