Are you an Indian citizen holding an Indian passport?

We hold 80G (your gift is tax-deductible) but not yet FCRA, the licence required to accept foreign contributions. Indian law defines a foreign contribution by the giver’s CITIZENSHIP, not where they live — so an Indian citizen abroad (an NRI with an Indian passport) is very welcome to give, from anywhere. But OCI and PIO cardholders, foreign citizens, foreign companies, and Indian subsidiaries of foreign companies cannot donate to us until our FCRA registration is granted.
